Trouble Accessing the Customer Support Section?

Usually when our customers are having trouble accessing our website, it's because they're either having firewall trouble or aren't entering their username and password in uppercase in the new login window.

If you get a "page cannot be displayed error, you likely need to talk to your hardware/IT people and ask them to make sure your companys firewall is not too restrictive.
